In conflict situations we are, as usual, quick to judge who is right and who is wrong. With “design” we seek to design a way forward. In conflicts, the leaders on both sides are reluctant to solve the conflict because they instantly lose their importance and significance. That significance has arisen from leading one side in its quarrel with the other side.

 

The tow most important things to humans, both young and old, are significance of achievement. When Ian Paisley became First Minister in Northern Ireland and Martin McGuinness, deputy First Minister, the conflict ended.
