The project is to invite each member country of the European Union to send two representatives to the Centre to put together an agenda of areas which seem to need new and additional thinking. These could be problem areas or areas where existing thinking is not completely satisfactory.
Once this agenda has been compiled then specific creative task forces would be set up to provide new ideas and additional thinking on the defined issues.
There is no guarantee that such ideas will be better than existing ideas – but it is worth investing in this possibility because information and analysis cannot provide all the needed ideas.
