The duty of representative bodies is to represent the current thinking of those they represent. A new idea is new and not part of current thinking. So bodies like democracies and the UN are incapable of new ideas – through no fault of their own except their design basis. For this reason I am setting up a “World Council for New Thinking” to collect, generate and publish new ideas.
