NOMINATIONS FOR THE WORLD COUNCIL FOR NEW THINKING

With regard to the World Council for New Thinking that I am setting up the following people would be automatically eligible: Nobel Prize laureates, editors of major newspapers, presidents of universities. In turn they would be invited to nominate others who they believed to be capable of new ideas.
Once the Council is operating then new ideas would also be invited from anyone. If the quality of these ideas proved excellent then that person would be invited to join the Council.
